How to end your suffering
Are you suffering in your life? If you are suffering or feeling that nothing is going your way, this may be a good time to familiarize yourself with the two parts of Abundance. The two parts of Abundance are Karma (yin/passive) and Kaname (yang/active). Knowing, understanding and applying these two parts of Abundance can open up a whole new world of health, harmony, and prosperity for you and millions of people who are suffering around the world.
Although Karma is a commonly used word and is familiar to most people, the word Kaname is new to most people. Each of these words is derived from a Kotodama (spiritual meaning of words/language). Kotodama is the spiritual root of language and helps us to see, experience and align with Abundance. Learning the basics of Kotodama will help you see the waves (laws) of the universe so you are able to align with that which you desire and move away from that which you do not desire.
Karma (divine positive truth)
Karma is known for being a boomerang; what we put out we put out into the Universe we get back. While this is true, if one is suffering it is important to know a few things about karma.
First, karma is not dictated by only this current lifetime, nor is it dictated by our own “personal” actions. Karma is passed down to us via our family or ancestral lineage. Although, when we suffer we believe that karma is a cruel fate, the opposite is actually true.
Karma is divine intervention to change our fate towards a positive direction for true and lasting happiness. In order for this to happen, we must first purify and then nourish ourselves at three levels: spirit, mind, and body.
In order to purify ourselves spiritually “poverty” must come about to cleanse impurities of the soul. Poverty is having less than enough for ascension, the worry about having enough, or losing what does not serve spirit. When the soul is filled with toxins or is empty of nourishment a person will act in a manner to accumulate things which cause them to feel full or joyful for limited times or in limited spaces. However, if a person continually does this in a manner which is material in nature (money, food, possessions) versus spiritual in nature (spiritual health, harmony & prosperity) then spiritual cleansing comes about to show us what truly causes lasting happiness. Thereby exposing the gap between where we are and where the wave of lasting happiness and abundance can be caught and ridden.
In order to purify ourselves mentally “conflict” arises to cleanse impurities in the mind. All “conflict” serves the purpose to bring us closer to Abundance and you will begin to see that Abundance runs in waves. Conflict shows us where we have space between ourselves and the waves of Abundance. Conflict gives us an awareness that we must paddle into the flow of the wave so we may ride the crest. In terms of mental purification, conflict means we have not yet properly acknowledged or experienced Abundance.
In order to purify ourselves physically “disease” enters to cleanse impurities in the body. Diseases are meant to cleanse the body of toxins that would otherwise terminate or greatly restrict the body’s use and function. For example, Cancer feeds on toxins in the body. When toxins are eliminated through a combination of raw, vegan cooking, juicing and fasting, Cancer often ends quickly. Cancer exists to help bring balance back to the body. 1
Another less dramatic example is the common cold. The common cold helps the immune system strengthen when it has been weakened by stress and other toxins. A cold keep things like cancer in check when they are not necessary. A study has been done where a cold virus has been injected into cancer cells and cancer breaks up allowing the body to easily clear it away.
All “disease” serves the purpose of bringing us back to face the direction of Abundance! One final example; mental diseases like anxiety, depression, and others are more severe expressions of mental illness are all indicators that we are facing the direction of scarcity or ego. Anxiety and depression let us know we are heading in the direction of which does not serve us. Once we learn that the purpose of all disease is physical, mental, and spiritual it will guide us in the direction of Abundance; we are able to observe, apply, and experience for ourselves these truths.
Each of these cleansing phenomenons is meant to do us good. Each type of suffering helps to cleanse our soul of a different type of impurity which can be very taxing and limiting. The reason so many people are familiar with karma is because so many people suffer the effects of karma. Why suffer from the effects of karma when you don’t have to?
Karma is considered to be a passive compensation. It is God’s way of keeping everything in the Universe pure and nourished. Karma is only enacted when something or someone becomes so toxic that it disturbs the purity of other things and thereby disturbs the ability of others to become nourished. This “enactment” can easily be minimized, erased, or avoided through “active” compensation; known as Kaname.
Kaname – (divine becoming awake) training, testing, sifting
Unlike Karma, Kaname is more like Olympic training, testing. Kaname is a form of training where we are constantly shifting spiritually up, like climbing a ladder and sifting off what we need while ascending. Kaname is a way of living that is exercised daily by choice, even when it is very difficult. Despite this Kaname is fairly easy to enact. Just follow the steps of the four A’s.
- Awaken to spiritual impurities. When we physically awaken, we open our eyes and can see what surrounds us in the room we are in. Is it clean, disordered, or dirty? Is it dark, dim or light? Awakening to spiritual impurities is similar and really comes down to just two things. Opening our eyes to see our lack of gratitude and lack of apology/forgiveness. Our first step is to see where we lack gratitude and apologize for it. The second thing is to see where we have allowed disease, disharmony and poverty in the world and apologize/forgive ourselves for it.For most of us, we are in essences sleepwalking. Every day we sit up out of bed and as our feet hit the floor we do not think of the plants which gave us the fiber for that floor. We do not think of the hundreds of thousand of people that gave their time and energy to plant, harvest, transport, refine, design, install that floor material when our feet rest on it. The same is true for the walls and ceiling which house us, the food we eat, the water with which we use to clean, the vehicles (shoes, bikes, automotive) we use to move forward in life. We are ALL guilty of this in an overwhelming manner. However, just as the day dawns slowly we must awaken slowly, adding gratitude, apology, and forgiveness little by little to our lives. To learn more about gratitude and forgiveness read our blog on Hoʻoponopono.
- Apologize for our impure (ego) thoughts, words, and deeds. “Impure” is any time others– your ancestors or the creator (divine arrangements)– has provided you some form of comfort, love, or abundance and you have not been grateful for your thoughts, words, or deeds. Some examples would be you are ungrateful for the bed in which you slept several hours because you woke up too early. You say something negative about your home or your neglect cleaning or caring for any of your things. These are considered impure.
- Acknowledge with gratitude karma and Kaname
- Action to exercise “The Golden Rule”
For those of us who are suffering it may take a lot of effort to begin to consistently exercise and enact Kaname. However, for every small act of Kaname, we erase an equal or greater amount of Karma. This will reduce the amount of suffering we will be required to endure while God purifies us. For those who are not yet or currently suffering, it may erase our negative karma, and if we are consistent, it may help us completely purify and build our positive karma. Allowing us to go so far as to pass on a legacy of overflowing health, harmony and prosperity to those who come after us. Now that’s Abundance.
Now that you know how to begin to end your suffering, take them time to practice and follow these steps and continue your journey to Abundance.
