We believe that living a spiritual first life is a religious approach to life, yet they are not the same.
In fact, living a spiritual life only has one purpose with three stages. First a spiritual life is a life in which one finds inner peace and happiness. Second, in a spiritual life one radiates peace and happiness out, and naturally attracts others who have found the same peace and happiness. Third, in a spiritual life one overflows their peace and happiness to others such that they leave a legacy of of peace and happiness.
The one purpose of all three of these stages is Abundance of health, harmony and prosperity. And the three stages are life, leadership and legacy.
Living a spiritual life comes from a personal relationship with the Universal creator and all which was created including, but not limited to, the self. On the contrary, living a religious life is a life in which one finds community in the rituals and practices which are meant to help program the mind and body to point their attention to the heart first. When the mind points to the heart, one has a chance at finding inner peace and happiness because the heart knows only the heart of God.
It is said two things can be very different, like water and stone. Or two things can be similar but “distinct” like oranges and lemons. Both are in the same family, and are good for the body in similar ways (containing vitamin C), however they are distinct. Despite the similarities, the distinct features of color and flavor, change the use of each of these things.
Religion and spirituality are similar but they are distinct. The distinction can be the difference between an incredibly sour experience or a sweet and juicy experience. I encourage anyone who desires truly lasting peace and happiness to explore spiritual life and to reread this article/blog many times.
